Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Many times, perhaps, you have seen stories about WW11 from the perspective of the Jewish people or former military service personnel. This book is a life story of a Christian woman, who experienced those terrible years as a German youth living in Poland, and Germany during the war. It is a beautiful story filled with colorful, dramatic, tragic, rich and even humorous situations. There is a kind of warm-hearted compassion for humanity in this novel mixed with humor and pathos. You will laugh and shed a tear or more for the ordinary German farm family as you read this life story. There was a motivational force that brought out these memories from the depths of the author's mind and the author gives a realistic look at what went on in Europe.
