Both return to Moses' home country after studies and establish 'the riverside foundation' to turn lives around for good. Were lives really turned around.?It is a dramatic depiction of love, empathy and determination as the lady doctor adapts to life in a novel cultural setting in the African hinterland. The epilogue; 'My Jewel', a poem was also adapted from another work with the same title by the author.
