A little of Spanish on your part and a little of English on your housekeeper's part may end up as a big disaster. "I told her to put away the papers that my daughter left on the breakfast table and she threw them away," my friend Linda told me. Sometimes miss communication can be funny and sometimes it can be costly or even dangerous. For many years I have worked as a bilingual executive assistant, ESL tutor and interpreter. After answering calls from our friends and bosses asking how do you say dust, polish, counter and so on, I decided to put it all in a simple to use little handy guide that will save time and frustrations. My first edition sold more than 2.000 copies privately and in Amazon. By looking at both sides of the problem I created "The Housekeeping Connection" a comprehensive easy to use guide that will help you to communicate your wishes and be able to come back to a clean home and no nasty surprises.
