Appendix "A"; Administrative instructions Reference No. G.S.573/1 dated 11th May and No. 531 dated; Concentration order of B Echelon and Dismounted Reinforcements. Appendix "B"; Brigades and Divnl. Troops. Administrative Instructions. Reference O.O. No.51 dated 26th; Divisional orders 5th Cavalry Division; Brigades & Divisional Units. Administrative instructions No. 2. Appendix "F" i; Brigades and Divisional Units. Administrative Instructions. No. 3. Appendix "K"; Administrative Instruction. No. 3. Appendix "K".The diary opens at Dargnies on 1 January 1917. 1917 is spent at Dargnies, Hedchin, Nobescourt Farm, Guizancourt and Fressin. 1918 at Monchy Lagache, Tel-El-Kebir, Pont-De-Metz, Domart and Bouvincourt. It closes at Tel-El-Kebir on 29 April 1918. Dargnies is where it spent longest, 95 days across three separate stays, it came back to Pont-De-Metz four separate times, and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 67 days at Hedchin.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Nobescourt Farm.In 1917 it is also recorded at Pont-De-Metz, Peronne, Villers Bretonneux, Bouvincourt, St Pol, Heuchin, Poperinghe, Renescure, Occoches and Querrieu.
