Intelligence Summary (7 a.m. 18/1/1918 to 7 a.m. 19/1/1918); Guards Divisional Artillery Warning order Appx 2; Gas attack and Wind Dangerous Period Appendix "A"; Warning order Appx 18; Warning order Appx 9; Appendix I to G.D.A. instructions (3 of them); Creeping Barrage Appendix "A"; Combing Barrage Appendix "B"; Smoke Barrage Appendix "C"; March Table issued with Guards Divisional Artillery order No 102; Addenda to Guards Divisional Artillery (Left Artillery ) instructions No 1 Appx 5.The diary opens at Zommerbloom on 1 August 1917. 1917 is spent at Coppernollehoek, Larrey Farm, Neuville, Flesquieres and Proven. 1918 is the most travelled year, 39 places against 20 in the next busiest, and is spent at Bailleulmont, Arras, Humbercamp, La Bazeque Wood and Lagnicourt. 1919 at Arras. It closes at Arras on 31 January 1919. Arras is where it spent longest, 82 days across four separate stays and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 31 days at Humbercamp.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include La Bazeque Wood, Larrey Farm, Presles Chateau, Mecquigny Chateau and d'Arville Chateau.In 1917 it is also recorded at Elverdinghe, Herzeele, Eecke, Merville, Marles-Les-Mines, Villers-Chatel, Fosseux, Achiet-Le-Petit, Lechelle and Hapuncourt. In 1918 it is also recorded at Bretoncourt, Bretencourt, Bavincourt, Lucheux, Leucheux, Ransart, L'Homme Mort, Boursies, Vertain and Preux Au Sart.
