Bde. order No. 341; Posts is the Seaforth-Highland Ridge Line to be Marked by Pioneer Battalion is the Event; Movement Table to Accompany 6th Infantry Brigade order No. 345; To All Recipients of 6th Infantry Bde order No. 347. Brigade order No.361; Table Showing Probable Dates of relief in Left Sector of 2nd Division Front.The diary opens at Rocquigny Camp on 4 January 1918. 1918 is spent at Ayette, Trenches E.of Ayette, Barly, Rocquigny Camp and Duren. 1919 at Leichlingen, Duren and Merode. It closes at Merode on 31 March 1919. Leichlingen is where it spent longest, 71 days, including a single unbroken stay of 47 and it came back to Ayette four separate times.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Trenches E.of Ayette, Trenches W Of Boyelles, Blaireville Quarry, Barly Chateau, Villers Au Flos Chateau and Maricourt Wood Fill.In 1918 it is also recorded at Metz, Rocquigny, Villers Au Flos Chateau, Beaulencourt, Ligny Thilloy, Lacoupe Gueule, Mailly Maillet, Beaussart, Englebelmer and Mesnil.
