Dated 9/10/1916. 9th Division; Addendum to Medical operation order No 11, 9th Division, 24/10/1916; Narrative of Medical Operations, 9th Division. for period covering April 8th to April; Amendment to Medical operation Order, No 22, 9th Division.; Preliminary Outline of proposed move into line in relief of 51st Division, on May 29/30th..The diary opens at Bordon on 10 May 1915. 1915 is spent at Hoogroaf, Locon, Busnes, Bethune and Nieppe. 1916 at Steenwerck, Camblain L'Abbe, Merris, Roellecourt and Duisans. 1917 at Etrun, Duisans, Roellecourt, Ytres and Fosseux. 1918 is the most travelled year, 49 places against 36 in the next busiest, and is spent at Mericourt-Sur-Somme, Nurlu, Hondeghem, Harlebeke and Blaringhem. 1919 at Ohligs and Harff. It closes at Harff on 24 October 1919. Ohligs is where it spent longest, 121 days across seven separate stays, including a single unbroken stay of 48.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Fricourt Farm, Chateau Philomel, Bronfay Farm, Chateau Lenieppe, Etinehem & H.Q. Dugouts near Bray and Billon Wood.In 1915 it is also recorded at Boulogne, S F Dmer, Arques, Chateau Lenieppe, Chateau Philomel, Busnettes, Adv. Office Sailly and Merris. In 1916 it is also recorded at Nieppe, St Nicholas, Etrun, Hermaville, Chelers, Bomy, Vaux En Amenois, Corbie, Chipilly and Etinehem. In 1917 it is also recorded at Hermaville, Arras, Chelers, R.A.P. Fampoux Rail H 24 a38, Candle Factory St Nicholas, Candle Factory Arras, Achiet Le Petit, Poperinghe, Brandhoek G12. Rx. 8.7 and Winnezeele. In 1918 it is also recorded at Haut Allaines, Moislains, Maurepas, Maricourt, Billon Wood, Bronfay Farm, Millencourt & Henencourt, Henencourt, Contay and Candas. In 1919 it is also recorded at Ohligs Germany.
