Reference 11th Division operation order No. 59; Administrative order; Administrative instructions No. 12 Reference 11th Divisional order No. 66, dated 22/4/17; Traffic orders during operations Appendix E; Administrative Instruction No. 18 Reference 11th Division order No. 94 Dated 5/8/17.The diary opens at Englebelmer Mariedx on 20 January 1916. 1916 is spent at Warlus, St Ouen, Englebelmer, Domart and Yvrench. 1917 is the most travelled year, 28 places against 20 in the next busiest, and is spent at N. II Central, Noeux Les Mines, Marieux, Eperlecques and Forceville. It closes at Noeux Les Mines on 23 December 1917. N. II Central is where it spent longest, 84 days across three separate stays, including a single unbroken stay of 74 and it came back to Marieux six separate times.In 1916 it is also recorded at Marieux Bernaville, Bernaville Yvrench, El Ferdan, Le Cauroy, Acheux, Canaples, Contay, Hedauville and Forceville.
