Brigade order No.).The diary opens at Caen Post on 1 October 1917. 1917 is spent at In The Line Hill 70, Serques, Busnes, Vaudricourt and Houtkerque. 1918 is the most travelled year, 44 places against 13 in the next busiest, and is spent at St Elie Section, Divisional Reserve, Hulluch Section, Wallers and Hohenzollern Section. 1919 at Wallers and Denain. It closes at Denain on 30 June 1919. Wallers is where it spent longest, 91 days across six separate stays, it came back to Divisional Reserve ten separate times, and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 31 days at Wallers Nord.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Gifford St To Burbure Alley.In 1917 it is also recorded at Varna Fm, Equedecques, Divisional Reserve and Completing Move From Line To Busnes. In 1918 it is also recorded at Beuvry, Cambrin Section, Hay Section, Moving Into The Line, Chelers Sub-Area For Training, Chelevs, Holding Line On 2 Bn Front Epinoy, In Line Eswars, Reserve Thun. St Martin and Haspres. In 1919 it is also recorded at Wallers Nord.
