Among the papers are: Lessons Learnt during the operations carried out by the 19th Division from 19/10/18; Revised instructions Re Accessory; Additions and Amendments to Divisional order No. 9; Amendment to list of Strong Points Circulated with 19th Divn Eng. order No. 13 of 26th; Addendum to 19th Division order No. 62; Addendum to 19th Division order No. 79; Table of Reliefs; Amendments to 19th Division operation order No. 65a; 19th Division-Table of Reliefs; Addendum No. 1 to 19th Division order No. 70-2/9/16; Addendum No. 1 to 19th Division order No. 73; March Table issued with 19th Division order No. 78-15/10/16.The diary opens at Bulford on 17 July 1915. 1915 is spent at Locon, Merville, Lestrem, Fosse and Tilques. 1916 at La Gorgue, Flesselles, Bernaville, Bouzincourt and Westoutre. 1917 at Scherpenberg, Westoutre, Couin, Sherpenberg and Fermoy Farm. 1918 is the most travelled year, 50 places against 27 in the next busiest, and is spent at Neuville, Haplincourt, Laweside, Labreuviere and Frohen-Le-Grand. 1919 at Frohen-Le-Grand, Candas, Le Havre and Mondicourt. It closes at Le Havre on 7 July 1919. Frohen-Le-Grand is where it spent longest, 115 days across five separate stays, it came back to Westoutre eight separate times, and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 31 days at Merville.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Fermoy Farm, Westhof Farm, Farm Between Watou & Abeele and Farm Near Abeele Aerodrome.In 1915 it is also recorded at Southampton, Havre, St Omer, Ebblinghem, Norrent Fontes, Busnes and Loisne. In 1916 it is also recorded at St Venant, Norrent Fontes, St Gratien, Millencourt, Henencourt, Albert, Baizieux, Long, St Jans Capelle and Locre. In 1917 it is also recorded at The Dell Sailly Au Bois, Courcelles, Beauval, Bouquemaison, Ramecourt, Pernes, Norrent Fontes, Steenbecque, Merris and Fletre. In 1918 it is also recorded at Neuville Bourjonval, Bancourt, Grevillers, Lacauchie, Dranoutre, Westhof Farm, Ulster Camp Dranoutre, Mont Noir, Westoutre and Farm 2000 X W Of Hoograf Cabt.
