No. 125; Administrative Instruction No.1 in Connection with Relief of 21st Division; Administrative instructions No. 2 in Connection with the Relief of the 21st Division.The diary opens at Wittey Camp on 3 September 1915. 1915 is spent at Armentieres, Hondeghem, Wittey Camp, Philosophe and Havre. 1916 is the most travelled year, 24 places against 17 in the next busiest, and is spent at Noyelles Les Vermelles, Ville, Armentiers, Arras and Armentieres. 1917 at Boyelles, Lapugnoy Rest Billets, Fosse 10 Pt. Sains and Boiry-St-Martin. 1919 at Montieres, Long, Breilly, Havre and France. It closes at Havre on 24 May 1919. Boyelles is where it spent longest, 115 days, including a single unbroken stay of 62 and it came back to Armentieres four separate times.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Queens Redoubt, Bivouacs Bernafay Wood and Pommiers Redoubt.In 1915 it is also recorded at Southampton, Ste Omer, Tilques, Arques, Lambres, Hurionville, In Bivouac, Sailly Labourse, Annezin and Chocques. In 1916 it is also recorded at Bailleul, Rouge Croix, La Neuville, Meaulte, Queens Redoubt, Montagne, Longeau, Magnicourt, Denier and Villers Sire Simon. In 1917 it is also recorded at Lapugnoy, Fosse 10, Tinques, Lucheux, Gaudiempre, Beaurains, Moyenneville and Bailleulmont. In 1919 it is also recorded at Montieres France.
