Division.The diary opens at Cholderton on 20 July 1915. 1915 is spent at Castre, Cholderton, Doullens and Tilques. 1916 at Bavincourt, Lucheux, Marieux, Bruay and Barlin. 1917 is the most travelled year, 200 places against 29 in the next busiest, and is spent at Scherpenberg, Lestrem, Dranoutre and Roellecourt. 1918 at Henu, Blaringham, Anzac Camp, Caudry and Authie. 1919 at Gosselies. It closes at Gosselies on 31 March 1919. Gosselies is where it spent longest, 101 days, and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 31 days at Lestrem.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Havrincourt Wood.In 1916 it is also recorded at Pas en Artois, Military Situation, Etrun, Advanced Report Centre, Lignereuil, Bryas, La Comte, Camblain L'Abbe, Roellecourt and Le Cauroy.
