Intelligence Summary; Addendum to Intelligence Summary Right Group 38th D.A; Relief of 19th Divisional Artillery; 38th Divisional Artillery Draft operation orders.The diary opens at Winchester on 18 December 1915. 1915 is spent at St. Venant, Winchester and England. 1916 at St. Sixte, La Gorgue, Locon, Esquelbecq and Couin. 1917 at St. Sixte, Croix Du Bac, Vox Vrie and Esquelbecq. 1918 is the most travelled year, 43 places against 16 in the next busiest, and is spent at Kiwi Wood Nr Lealvillers, Aulnoye, Steenwerck, Merville and Kiwi Wood S. of Lealvillers. 1919 at Behencourt and Glisy. It closes at Glisy on 30 April 1919. St. Sixte is where it spent longest, 252 days across ten separate stays and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 89 days at Behencourt.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Kiwi Wood S. of Lealvillers, Fosse Chateau and Couthove Chateau.In 1916 it is also recorded at Lestrem, Fosse Chau Lestrem, Fosse Chateau, St. Venant, Grand Camp, Mon Plaisir, Pierregot, Toutencourt, Treux and Doullens.
