Among the papers are: March Table to accompany 117th Infantry Brigade order No. 103; 117th Infantry Brigade order numbered 104 to 127 (5 of them); Table "A" to accompany 117th Infantry Brigade order No. 105; Table "B" to accompany 117th Infantry Brigade order No. 104; Amendment to 117th Infantry Brigade order No. 105; Further Amendments to 117th Infantry Brigade order No. 105; Relief Table to accompany 117th Infantry Brigade order No. 106; Disposition Table to Accompany 117th Infantry Brigade order No. 106; Amendment to 117 M.G.Co. order No. 20; Table "A" raid Barrage (18 Ponder); Second Amendment to 117th Infantry Brigade order No. 124.The diary opens at Havre on 16 May 1916. 1916 is spent at Ypres, Loisne, Authville, Givenchy and Mailly-Maillet. 1917 at Ypres, Hill Top, "S" Camp, Salperwick and Waterdal. 1918 at Siege Camp, Westroosebeke, Villers Guislain 1/10,000, Suzanne and Fins. It closes at Villers Guislain 1/10,000 on 28 February 1918. Ypres is where it spent longest, 67 days across six separate stays, including a single unbroken stay of 20.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Railway Wood, Ridge Wood, Larch Wood, The Ravine & Bulgar Wood) and Clonnel Copse.In 1916 it is also recorded at Le Hamel, Ferme Du Roi, Le Touret, La Couture, Bethune, Auchel, Rocourt, Orlencourt, Maisnil-St-Pol and La Closerie Fm. In 1917 it is also recorded at Brandhoek, Wieltje, Weltje, Railway Wood, Erie Camp, Merckeghem, "Z" Camp, "D" Camp, "C" Camp and A 30 Camp. In 1918 it is also recorded at Road Camp, Moislans and Villers-Guislan.
