Divisional Train; Train March orders 55th. Divisional Train; Copy of Corps Routine order No. 570, dated 17/7/17. and 55th. Divisional Train order.The diary opens at Bovelles on 3 December 1915. 1915 is spent at Talmas and Bovelles. 1916 is the most travelled year, 119 places against 57 in the next busiest, and is spent at Fosseux, Barly, Poperinghe, Hamhoek Rd. Poperinghe and Saulty. 1917 at Poperinghe, Nordausques, Red Farm, Villers Faucon and Hamhoek Rd. Poperinghe. 1918 at Drouvin, Essars, Coyecque, Audingthun and Bethune. 1919 at Droogenbosch, Anderlecht, Uccle Brussels, Chausee De Waterloo and Ruysbroeck. It closes at Uccle Brussels on 28 November 1919. Poperinghe is where it spent longest, 211 days across ten separate stays and the longest it stayed anywhere without moving was 82 days at Saulty.Trench and battlefield features named in the diary include Red Farm, Bellevue Farm, Bronfay Farm, Dive Copse and Belleview Farm.In 1916 it is also recorded at Hallencourt, Park Hill Camp, Salisbury Plain, Larkhill, Amesbury, Southampton, Canterbury, Havre, La Havre and Pont Remy. In 1917 it is also recorded at Herzeele, Ledringhem, Oehtezeele, Eperlecques, B Camp, Hamhoek, Brandhoek, Watou, Grasse Payelle and Noordpeene. In 1918 it is also recorded at Rupigny, Cuhem, Busnes, Enguine Le Mines, Annezin, Hinges, Hazebrouck, Hesdigneul, Institute St Vaast Bethune and Oblinghem. In 1919 it is also recorded at Droogenbosch Nr. Brussels, Forest Brussels and Uccle Bruossels.
