Are you a preacher's kid? Do you know one? Have you been labeled all or most of your life? Have you been abused, rejected, hurt, or ever just felt hopeless and confused within your own identity? If you're among the many who have answered "yes" to any of the above questions, then The Plight of The PK: How Church Affects The Lives of Preachers' Kids is for you. Discover God's love for you. Learn the importance of developing your own intimate-love relationship with the Creator of the universe in order to unveil His own unique plan for your life. Know that there is hope for the PK who has struggled to be accepted by others. Hear the heart of a preacher's kid who lived the "church" life, went astray, made some bad decisions, but God's amazing grace and love never stopped chasing her and is the reason why she is in love with Him today! Yes, she's a PK! Channon Cotton, M. Ed, is a counselor, praise and worship leader at The "WORD" Church in Cleveland, Ohio, small group facilitator for women who struggle with life issues such as addictions and maternal wounds, and a PK! Channon enjoys encouraging others who have experienced pain. She is passionate about seeing the "light bulb" go off in the lives of God's people, especially His daughters, whom she affectionately calls His "precious cargo."
