Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Understand the real back story, the behind-the-scenes drama and reality of Jonah's exciting life. So journey with Dr. Sam Larsen to a land long ago, to become better acquainted with a much maligned and misunderstood prophet and deserter. You will uncover his life and times, and the place in God's Great Story which he fills. As you do, you may like me begin to trace out something of Jonah's likeness as you gaze honestly in the mirror. But do not stop there. Keep searching the short storyline (just 48 verses) until you begin to see the implicit, mysterious, and awesome presence and activity of the promised One, the Messiah (God's Anointed). His character will quickly reveal His nature to you as so very different from yours, mine, and Jonah's. Messiah is altogether lovely. His great heart is filled with compassion for the multitudes and for the nations. Come explore in this exciting book and you will uncover the real Jonah! And you may hear God's Spirit whisper to you, "Behold your God!"
