Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

How much faith do you have in God? Do you trust Him to tackle your biggest problems, meet your direst needs, or fulfill your most outrageous dreams? You can have that kind of faith! Meet Helen Wright, a tiny wisp of a woman with a gigantic faith. Her life was extraordinary. She did whatever the Lord told her to do. Her stories of tremendous faith and answered prayers are empowering. These and many more questions are answered in this book: Where does faith come from? What does the Bible have to do with faith? How do I pray so miracles will happen in my life? Do I need to do anything before my prayers will be answered? This collection of real-life stories from the author's life is crafted to exemplify the points she wants to make about faith in God through Jesus, while illustrating the different ways God can empower a believer to feel His presence and glorify His kingdom. Readers will enjoy the variety of experiences the author has had, seeing how each experience shaped the author into a stronger Christian for God. Misty Hicks received an undergraduate degree from Troy University and a Masters of Ministry degree from Christian International School of Theology. Misty worked in children, youth and women's ministry for over twenty years before going into the mission field. She spends most of her time in Panama City Beach, Florida, although she will grab her backpack and lace up her tennis shoes in a second, if it means having an adventure with Jesus!
