Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

In this sequel to SOUL searching, the world faces an uncertain and maybe cataclysmic future. Following a catastrophic act of bioterrorism, an unexpected level of tranquility has been restored by government reassurances. Behind the scenes, however, various factions are jockeying for position in their quest for global dominance. If the threat and consequence of bio-terror will not satisfy the powers of evil, then maybe the threat of nuclear terror will. A new cold war is in the making. In order to prevail, the competing forces must recover a vital database, the location of which is known to only one man, who is in hiding. He has however provided a series of clues in the hope that the critical information will end up in the right hands. The Burton family members are forced to fight their own demons as they play pivotal roles in the unfolding story. Maddie tries to live a normal life as a freshman at Oxford University, but soon becomes inextricably intertwined with the fight between good and evil. What will she put first-family, faith or simple survival? With a heady mix of science, Christian faith, biotechnology and an engrossing storyline, Soul Responsibility is a scintillating sequel to SOUL searching--the novel.
