Deaths weren't in single digits but in the thousands. No one was safe. What was the cause? As fast as the crisis started, it ended. It became clear that this was an act of terrorism using municipal drinking water as the delivery agent. Safeguards would need to be employed immediately to prevent any further occurrences in every municipal drinking water facility in the United States as well as worldwide.
