And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams (Acts 2:17, KJV). God Help Us introduces Mike Cutler, a Vietnam veteran, who finds his family life turning into a spiritual battlefield as tumultuous as the distant land in which he waged war. Conflict threads its way through every aspect of his life: personal relationships, church life, the news that greets him whenever he turns on the television. Even so, these conflicts seem weak and wan compared to the ultimate battle that faces him and his country as the spiritual forces for good and evil line up in opposition to one another. As the pages of God Help Us reveal, the coming battlethe Battle of Armageddonwill bring ultimate and eternal changes to the life of each of us, whether or not we believe in Jesus Christ. This fast-paced thriller shines the light of the Scriptures on the current condition of the United States and reveals the countrys runup to the battle of Armageddon.
