Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Michael Grewe found it challenging to keep up with all the requests from his doctors when it came to keeping tabs on his health. To make it easier, he created forms to track his daily routines, appointments, and other information. The forms made it much easier to keep up with all the requests from doctors since all the information they wanted was in one place. As a certified nursing assistant, he realized others would benefit from such a resource, so with the help of his wife, Selene, he compiled the forms he created into a journal that can be used by anyone. The journal makes it quick and easy to chart and track your health - while also giving you insights to improve your health over time. With a fill-in-the blank style, most of the work is already done for you.Keep track of your daily vitals, emotional well-being, diet, and exercise all in one place - and be ready to answer medical questions at a moment's notice with Your Personal Medical Journal.
