Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

As a believer, you are an empowered Christian woman. You attend church. You read your Bible daily. You pray regularly. Yet, you don't feel the confidence and power of God that you think you should in your day-to-day living. Sometimes, you find yourself feeling fearful, insecure, anxious or defeated; and especially so, when you watch the news and what is happening in this unstable world, chaotic nation, and changing culture-and maybe what's happening in your own family. As a Christian, you don't think you should be plagued by soulish weaknesses, but you feel powerless to overcome them. If this sounds like you, then you are in good company as one of a large number of faithful women who feel the same way. You love God with all of your heart and are determined to follow Him, no matter what. However, you find yourself wondering, "Is there something more?" This book holds your answer in its unveiling of Bible truth about the "Promise of the Father" or "promise of power" and the evidence of that truth revealed in the thrilling stories and exciting examples of workings of the Holy Spirit in the lives of contemporary women, just like you. It lays out a practical and biblical path that will take you into the fullness of the empowered life in the Spirit. This promise of power will help you overcome your weaknesses, build your confidence to face every situation, make you a more effective witness for Christ, and take you to greater heights in your relationship with God than you ever dreamed possible.Anita Lantz is a public speaker and author of The Empowered Christian Woman: The Promise of New Life-the first in her book series.
