Fast forward to present-day, Sue fights uncertainty to have an abortion, nurse Violet feels a prompting from the Holy Spirit to save the aborted, but still alive, baby and Dr. Prentiss grapples with his past and ties to spirit guide Molech. As time progresses, all three go their separate ways but are reunited twenty years later with changes among them that include being born again, becoming pro-life and facing past decisions redeemed by Jesus.
