Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

As a refugee, I would like the world to know that every person included under the term "refugee" has a unique story, one that shows what people go through when forced to flee from their homeland and deal with traumatizing experiences. The life stories of many people displaced by war, genocide, and other human rights violations remain unheard. Therefore, it is important to make the world hear the stories directly from the voice of the victims who have experienced them. The right of every individual to live and prosper must be exercised in every corner of our planet. No mother must have to watch her child die a premature death. No child must be made to live without parents because they were killed in search of food for their children. No son must be killed because he refuses to bear arms to kill a fellow human being. Let no father be slaughtered in front of his family. The world must say no to an injustice of any kind, anywhere and at any time. As Martin Luther King Jr. rightly said: " injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." As children of God, it is important to love and care for one another. It is a commandment from God to love. The story you are about to read is a true story of a victim of war who traveled through refugee camps in Africa, longing to be accepted in a peaceful country to fulfill the dream of becoming human again.
