Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Life's trials can leave us feeling beaten and downtrodden, hindered by life's distractions that get the best of us. However, God's promises in the Bible show that God releases us from bondage and give us hope in difficult situations. Author Vernet Clemons Nettles wants to encourage readers to realize this truth that people matter to God through her new book, Why Should I Be Bound? The book is a thirty-day devotional, with scriptural truths and a collection of poems, to show God knows the plans and that there are blessings in the burdens of life. With scriptural examples and her own personal examples, Vernet conveys that when we are new creations in Christ, God will bring healing from the past as His promises in life free us from being bound in life's struggles today. Changes and challenges in life always come about, but we will get through earnestly in God.
