Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

As we struggle with these uncertain times, where stability and security seem so elusive, we must remember God has a plan for us. He wants us to live our lives with confidence, trusting in Him. The problem we face is we may not always know how to live faithfully to what God has planned for us, especially when we face strife and difficulties. Author Bob Barrett has found that Psalm 112 describes a righteous person of God and timeless principles on which to build a solid and faithful life. "Praise the Lord, Blessed are those who fear the Lord, who find great delight in his commands." This is the first verse in Psalm 112, a passage which spoke to Bob and led him to write Steadfast! Faithful Living in an Uncertain World. It was his concern over the divisions and strife in society, and the turbulent times in which we live, that led him to God's Word. God directed him to Psalm 112, and Bob found in each verse of this Psalm a revealing principle of living a faithful life, and now he shares them with you. Join Bob as he explores these principles. Discover how you can continue to or find your way to walking strongly on the path the Lord has chosen for you. These principles can help all to focus on God's priorities and build a rock-solid life in faith, no matter your circumstances. Husband and father, Bob has served as a Christian teacher and lay leader for more than thirty years. He is a business executive with a thirty-six-year career in a Fortune 200 company, now acting as the Vice President of Finance at Florida Power & Light. Bob also serves as a board member at The Lord's Place in West Palm Beach, Florida.
