Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Fifty miles from where my mom had just died from cancer, I was completely surprised to hear, in my mind, my mother's voice say, "It is so beautiful here!" Then, just as mysteriously, the Spirit of God whispered to my heart, "Her joy is full!" That day ignited a new intensity of spiritual hunger, which changed me forever as I discovered that God still speaks. I began to strive to learn to listen to what He was saying. Join me as I lay aside the masks we often wear to encourage you with my often bumpy yet sacred spiritual journey in navigating the joys, hardship, grief, and unexpected course changes life can bring. Interwoven with my personal stories, prayers and ponderings are excerpts from my journals where I captured my conversations with God and all He inspired me to write since that year Mom died. Within the pages of God Still Speaks, I share inspiring and practical messages the Lord spoke to my heart during our quiet times together, which I often refer to as "downloads from heaven." Discover for yourself how deeply God desires to have a personal and relevant relationship with you. He loves you far more than you could ever imagine--and thankfully, we don't have to "have our act together" to enjoy a relationship with the God of all creation! Peggy McCoy is a devotional writer whose goal is to encourage others in their own journey to grow in relationship with God. Her writings are birthed from her passion for God's Word and her love for Jesus Christ, which will inspire readers from all walks of life.
