332 Seiten, Taschenbuch

Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

"This book testifies to Victor Shepherd's genius as preacher, pastor, theologian, historian and teacher. The essays contained in it reflect the tremendous range of his interests: Calvinism, Wesleyan Methodism, Trinitarian theology, and the enduring relevance of the Old Testament to contemporary ethical questions. Both learned and accessible, the twenty-one contributions provide much intellectual and spiritual nourishment, at the same time that they remind us of the immeasurable influence Victor Shepherd has had on the lives of many." - Ian Gentles, FRHS, Professor of History, Tyndale University College
