Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Author Ron Gordon offers a solution to the burnout, depression, and ministerial challenges facing today's church leaders. Drawing from his own testimony, Gordon motivates readers to take responsibility for the care and encouragement of God's shepherds. He surmises that lack of prayer and support are some of the key stumbling blocks to properly honoring those called to leadership. Also examined is how to effectively administer correction, and what Scripture communicates about this often-misunderstood concept. Written expressly for the layperson, Growing Your Pastor provides readers with insight into the day-to-day demands of the clergy, and lays out a strategic plan to help shoulder the responsibility of managing the local church body.
