Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Have you ever tasted rhubarb soup? If you have, then it probably didn't taste anything at all like the rhubarb soup our two heroines, Debbie and Cindy made. And why did they make rhubarb soup in the first place? Well, if you read this 'learn to read' book you will find out exactly why!Written by award winning author, attorney and former teacher, Penelope Dyan, and filled with word recognition, word repetition and rhyme, this 'learn to read' book is about two girls who wanted to do something and then simply ended up doing something else that was every bit as fun as what they wanted to do in the first place! And maybe it was even more fun, because it was something they figured out how to do all on their own! Decide if you might like to try rhubarb soup as you read this book with its extra large print (perfect for little eyes) and practice your reading skills! The book's size fits perfectly in small backpacks, and it is easily held by small hands. There is also a free music video that goes along with this book on the Bellissimavideo YouTube channel for even more learning fun!
