Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The Blessed Hope of the Resurrection traces, through Scripture, the doctrine of the bodily resurrection of Christians. The message of redemption began in Genesis with the promise of a Redeemer; was realized in Christ Jesus with His death, burial, and bodily resurrection; and will be completed when Christians are also bodily resurrected and return to live on the new earth with Christ. Thanks so much for writing such a concise presentation of the defense of the gospel, especially that aspect of the gospel which is our future life with Christ .... You consistently made a parallel between the immediate (present status and benefits of our salvation) and the ultimate (future status and benefits of our salvation). The parallel throughout your book was powerful. --Dr. Don Pahl, pastor, Evangelical Bible Church, Omaha, Nebraska I can't wait for others to read it and benefit from its message .... I don't know if I can adequately express my joy in reading (it) .... I hope to be able to lead a study of it someday. --Julie Smith, Christian school administrator Made me want to have a Bible next to me to look up these passages and read them for myself. --Patty Redding, nurse [E]xcellent for a highly motivated reader ... asking the question, "How can I discover the extent of support that exists in Scripture for the doctrine of bodily resurrection?" You have definitely answered that question. --Dr. Doug McIntosh, pastor, Cornerstone Bible Church, Lilburn, Georgia, and recognized author of Christian books Juliet Barber has a Master's in Education from Georgia State University and a Master's in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary. After teaching English in Christian schools in Atlanta, Georgia, she and her husband, Bob, served as missionaries with Africa Inland Mission, teaching pastors at Pwani Bible Institute in Mombasa, Kenya.
