Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

"I was unclean. It was a divine punishment! I was a wasted human being living on borrowed time. I was a dead man walking." When we read the gospels and all the accounts of Jesus's miracles, we don't stop often enough to think about the fact that we've only been given the end of the story. What about the days, months, and years leading up to that one moment when everything changed for good? Sam Thomas brings you Heaven's Short List, a collection of short stories that explore the miracles of Jesus in the New Testament from the perspective of the ones who received His healing. It's hard for us, who have lived with the message of Christ in a Christian country since we were born, to really grasp the fact that the Jews in Israel had never even remotely seen or heard anything like Jesus. Before His birth and before His three years' ministry, someone born blind or afflicted with leprosy had nowhere to place his hope. Heaven's Short List shows how we can truly believe in and expect the goodness of God's love when all evidence in our lives points to the contrary. Read it today!
