About the Author - B.T. SchererB.T. Scherer grew up in a small town in South Florida, where she spent most of her childhood outdoors. She loved watching the little rabbits that played in her yard-darting across the lawn and disappearing down rabbit holes. That early fascination with animals stayed with her. She later studied biology and zoology in college, nurturing a lifelong passion for nature and wildlife. Her stories are inspired by the animals she grew up observing and cherishing.At a young age, her father brought the family to the Pyrenees in northern Spain, where she first learned to ski. The sport quickly became one of her greatest joys.
