Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Paul, a young engineer for a U.S. government agency, is thrust into an international conflict when a covert radio system he developed is used to spy on a secret foreign weapons program. Paul and his small team are the only ones who can unscramble a radio signal to avoid war. But their system has also intercepted other signals... signals that may scientifically prove whether or not God exists and would settle the age-old debate between science and faith. As they grapple with whether to disclose their discovery, Paul's team realizes it has ties to free will, love, and faith, with cascading implications for humanity. With the countdown to war ticking, Paul and his team must decide whether to share their discovery and prevent civilian casualties or to destroy their data and keep their discovery hidden. Angelo Matthews is a multidisciplined engineer from the Midwest where he resides with his wife and children. He enjoys exploration and debate surrounding the origins of the universe and the juncture of science and faith. The desire to find a coherent model of the spiritual and physical worlds inspired him to write Burdensome Proof to provide everyday readers an avenue to explore these complex ideas and their implications through a fiction novel instead of a textbook.
