After sharing the initial draft of the book, the grandchildren were invited to suggest input for the remainder of the unfinished manuscript.At its core, The Wisdom of Kindness aims to remind and to re-introduce the reader to essential concepts like the importance of training our mind to think in the direction of kindness, the role of repetition in the learning process, and the power of decision as it relates to consciously choosing to practice living our best life. It uses the technic of repetition to emphasize the importance of maturing or blossoming as a human being throughout life's journey. Every person, regardless of age, ethnicity, nationality or group affiliation can benefit from reading and discussing the timeless stories which are shared. It introduces the concept of directional thinking which can be used to more quickly re-orient our thinking in the direction of peace and joy. The book reminds us that "life is a journey" and we should remember to keep "the main thing" which is joyful living as "the main thing". The stories we tell ourselves matter. With the vision of wisdom and the guidance of kindness, the book offers many stories for us to receive as our own and to share with all whom care to listen.
