Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

A rhyming story about the power of inclusion and the beauty of our differences. Mr. Neal's class was ordinary. So were Tuesdays. When a new student arrives, it gets very interesting. The students are wowed by their classmate's unique appearance, impressive vocabulary, and his special talents. An Alien Joined My Class is the first in the "Word Play" series that introduces a few multisyllabic or otherwise advanced words to young readers. Told with rhyme, the story follows a little girl who is surprised by the opportunity to make a friend when a unique new child is added to her class. It's a gentle introduction to diversity and inclusion.
