Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The candy cane is a wonderful Christmas treat that Santa, and his elves, created many years ago in his North Pole kitchen. It was winter-white and delicious. But, after years of plain white, Santa was ready for a new look. Santa's art contest would determine the design that would be placed on the canes. Everyone in the North Pole village wanted to enter. Whose design would win?The candy cane, for many years, was white like winter snow. But, one year dear old Santa said, "Plain white has got to go!"So, open up and start to read and by the end you'll seewhy stripes are put on candy canes and how it came to be!PLEASE take time to review the illustration previews. A video may be available for this purpose. The art is done in a similar fashion to: Reindolphins: A Christmas Tale. It incorporates digitally altered/modified photos. Over 1,000 pictures were taken of our elves by artist Lisa Santa Cruz. Again, before purchase, please make sure that it is a style and technique that you will enjoy and appreciate.
