Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

You're probably on the fence about starting locs, also known as dreads. I was too. It took me years of internal debating and then I finally did it.I feel like you should, too. Do you want to know why? Because you are just wasting time. You won't know what it's really like until you try. Quit worrying about your hair type. Whether your hair is fine, soft, or coarse, you can start your locs! In this book, I'll share with you how I got started. This includes my hair journey from a kid with all kinds of chemicals applied to my hair to a grown woman with locs near my waistline. You're going to learn about the mistakes I've made, how to maintain your locs, and how to do some simple hairstyles yourself. I've had my locs for 9 years. It's one of the best decisions I've made.
