Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

- This book explores the ways that even very young children can make a difference in our world when it comes to caring about the environment. This is especially topical, as children all over the world are learning about Greta Thunberg, the Swedish teenage climate and environmental activist, who started the Fridays for Future movement.- The text is very simple and told from the perspective of a child, making it very accessible to young readers.- Fronty's colorful, naïve-style art will appeal to children from all over the world. The artwork is inspired by Fronty's Catalan roots as well as her travels in Africa, Asia and South America.- Shelley Tanaka's translations of picture books and fiction have received high acclaim, including the Geoffrey Bilson Award for Historical Fiction and being Canada's selection in the French to English translation category for IBBY's (International Board on Books for Young People) Honour List.- The first book in the series, I Have the Right to Be a Child, is a USBBY Outstanding International Book, an IRA Notable Book for a Global Society and a Children's Literary Assembly Notable Children's Book. It has reprinted many times and continues to sell well.
