This illness is so complex. School staff in the past have been unwilling to take on the nuances of how learning requires repetitive instruction.If your brain is inflamed, it makes it very difficult to concentrate or retain learnings. It is certainly more fatiguing for children with PANS; the concept of regular brain breaks and checking in is really important. The idea that children may need to be prompted for hydration and the like could simply be implemented. All children could benefit from this health measure!Deciding which path to take...
