Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

The English-speaking Caribbean has undergone a range of profound economic, cultural, and social changes over the past generation, including in the roles and social position of women. This new volume by Pat Ellis looks both back over what has been achieved in the past 20 years, and forward to the issues and challenges still facing Caribbean men and women as their mutual relations continue to change in the context of changing development policies, the increasing incidence of poverty, and a population deeply affected by migration and aging.
