Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

Join origami expert John Montroll on a fascinating and fun-filled paper folding safari! Over 1,200 clear and easy-to-follow diagrams guide paper folders step-by-step in the creation of 24 African animals: lion, elephant, crocodile, gorilla, rhinoceros, gazelle, flamingo and more. For this third edition in full color, diagrams have been improved and more efficient folding sequences are used. By using paper colored on one side and white on the other, some of the projects achieve particularly novel and ingenious effects: a zebra complete with stripes and a spotted giraffe, among others. Projects range from simple to very complex. With this book, hobbyists can use the ancient Japanese art of paper folding to capture the beauty and mystery of exotic and unusual animals found throughout the African continent.
