Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

This new edition, the result of Jayaram's 45 years of study, covers a broad spectrum of spiritual subjects drawn from India's religious and spiritual philosophies, practices, and sacred traditions. His authority over the subjects shows up in this work. He translated 16 Upanishads, wrote a comprehensive commentary on the Bhagavadgita twice, and authored several books and articles, including an exclusive volume on Brahman. His latest work on the Shiva Sutras is globally appreciated. In this book, he shares his wisdom on cultivating a deeper awareness of oneself and the world around us from a spiritual perspective and the path to resolving suffering, problems, and situations we face in our lives with the right knowledge, discernment, and thinking. The book covers a wide range of subjects, such as the composition of the human body, understanding suffering and its causes, subduing the ego, its extensions, and manipulations, elevating our consciousness and divine nature, following the Middle Path, connecting to the Universal Self, establishing balance and harmony, understanding the spiritual laws, etc. He also suggests how we can evolve spiritually and mentally through self-transformation by knowing the deeper aspects of ourselves and connecting to the deepest reality that exists in all and pervades all.
