From Adam and Eve and Noah's Ark to Moses receiving the Ten Commandments and beyond, you can share in these recorded experiences and flood them with color while taking the opportunity for reflection and quiet inspiration. These intricate engravings have been shaded using the artistic techniques of hatching and cross-hatching. Simply color over these areas and allow the patterns below to show through. For further depth, additional shading can be applied on top. You may also find parts of certain drawings too detailed to color in every little area, so in this case, you may also choose to color over the top. For adding color, markers and colored pencils work well. This inspirational coloring book is perfect for color enthusiasts who want to create works of beauty and devotion while enjoying the tranquility of coloring. Classic Bookwrights has used state-of-the-art technology and techniques to restore and preserve this exceptional collection of 19th century Bible story illustrations with crisp black line-art and intricate detail for modern-day colorists.
