I was sold on him receiving my vote. When he became the most likely one to represent the Democratic party towards the Presidency, and more people learned more about him they voted him to become the one that would run against a Republican candidate for the Highest Office in Nation. This was a first for any other than a White Man ever gotten this far in seeking this office. His campaigning was not easy, he ran across many obstacles in his pursuit, but he never gave up, many more people joined his party and contributed to him being the first Black Man or Man of any color everyone got this far in becoming President of The United States Of America. This was history, people were happy and proud of him. Closer he got to become the New President, the Opposition grew even stronger, there were lies told about him, even his citizenship was trashed.I believed that God was in this plan, even the people that were against him in becoming President began to come across and join his cause. Minds of those that were changed and I believe that only God could change the minds and hearts of men, and when He is in the Plan, nothing can stop His Will. When Obama was elected to the Presidency, the Whole World applauded his accomplishment. He was a man of character and of goodwill. I was blessed to see history be made in my lifetime. I think of all the generations before my generation, only could dream of this time would come in the future for their children, grandchildren, or their great-grandchildren. God's time is when He is ready to Act, and when He does, there is nothing that can stop Him, His will is always done.
