Kurzbeschreibung des Verlags

"There is a force that makes us do what we do - to be aware of this force is to know ourselves.", this was the message André received while he was drawing in his wooden house in Sintra in 2016. This message came to be fully understood by him some time after receiving it. This force that we talk about here is that which serves as a bridge between the meditative states and the complexity of the mind. To understand that there is a force that provokes everything in existence to happen is to enter the door of relaxed contemplation. Concepts like guilt and effort vanish from our spirit as we come to know the true motivation of our actions. In this book André guides us through the depths of this Consciousness where the main art is to simply be.
