Attendance tracking is automated through the integration of card-punching machines and the software. The card-punching system records in/out times, ensuring accurate and real-time monitoring of employee presence. The software maintains a centralized database containing comprehensive employee details, including job cards, joining dates, and demographic information. Leave applications and approvals, including maternity leave reports, are managed digitally, reducing paperwork and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The payroll system, integrated with attendance data, automates salary calculations, allowances, and overtime payments, eliminating manual errors and enhancing accuracy. Additionally, the software sends timely notifications to employees about important updates, including leave approvals, payroll details, and compliance requirements. Real-time tracking of overtime hours ensures transparency in compensating employees for additional work.
