Hand dysfunction is counted among the most common consequences of acquired brain damage (e.g. stroke), but it can also be the outcome of various other diseases. In everyday life, impairments of fine motor skills mainly occur during activities such as gripping, manipulating and transporting objects. Precision grips with the affected fingers may also be challenging.This exercise program allows an intensive, home-based training of the patient's affected hand in order to improve hand function.
