Con ejercicios infalibles para comprender y enfrentar nuestros miedos, este libro es una obra que rompe con numerosos tabúes e ideas falsas sobre la negatividad del miedo; a cambio nos invita a entrar en su esencia, analizarlo profundamente con intenciones positivas y cruzar esos umbrales que nos impiden llegar al otro lado, donde nos espera la felicidad.ENGLISH DESCRIPTIONFear is not your enemy, it is a great ally that warns you of imminent dangers, don’t try to avoid it, don’t deny it, don’t hide it: instead, get to know it so you can live a plentiful life.   What is fear? What are we most afraid of in life: death, abandonment, failure? Why do we think that fear is a monster we must overcome? Why do we believe that it is best to stay away from fear?   With unparalleled ease and unquestionable information, Mario Guerra explains that fears accompany us throughout life and that it is normal to have them, but he also states that many times people create fears out of imaginary realities, even feed them with negative thoughts and become prey to those false ideas.   In On The Other Side of Fear he reviews the origins of fear whether they are real or imaginary. With foolproof exercises to understand and face them, this book is a work that breaks with numerous taboos and false ideas about the negativity of fear; in return he invites us to enter the essence of fear, analyze it deeply with positive intentions and cross those thresholds that prevent us from reaching the other side, where happiness awaits us.
